Hawaii Health Systems is Hiring a Physical Therapist III (30%)-74584(56647) Near Hilo, HI
The Physical Therapist evaluates and re-evaluates assigned residents/patients either as in- or outpatient. The incumbent plans and implement an ongoing therapeutic physical therapy program as prescribed by the attending physician and/or consultant specialist and provide consulting physical therapist services. Must be competent in both outpatient and inpatient physical therapy. Weekend shifts required.
Certification: Certification in Health Care Provider (adult, child and infant) must be obtained within one (1) month of employment. Current certification is preferred. Please submit copy of certification with the application.
License Required: Possession of a valid unrevoked license issued by the State of Hawaii to practice as a Physical Therapist. Submit copy of license with the application.
